The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 08.07.2013, passed in O.S.No.230 of 2007 on the file of learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the said suit was decreed with costs on 09.03.2018.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
