HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2127 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking any action pursuant to the complaint alleged to have been lodged by the petitioner on 07.01.2017 with the 4th respondent. On the basis of written instructions, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that no complaint was received from the petitioner on 07.01.2017, however, on the basis of a complaint received from the wife of the son of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.1 of 2017 was registered on the file of Vedullapalli Police Station and it is pending investigation. In the circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a written complaint in person with the 4th respondent and as and when the same is received, it is for the 4th respondent to take further action in accordance with law.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
