OFFICE NOTE 03.03.2025 SKS,J I.A.No.2 of 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax condition No.ii in order dated 06.12.2024 only to the extent of the petitioner appearing before the concerned Police on every Monday for the purpose of investigation as and when required till filing of the charge sheet.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the concerned Police from the last five (05) weeks. For the reasons explained in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition and since the petitioner regularly appearing before the concerned Police from the last five (05) weeks, the I.A. is ordered relaxing condition No.ii only to the extent of the petitioner attending before the concerned Police. However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for the Investigation by appearing before the Investigating Officer whenever his presence is specifically required.
