SMT JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.3264 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to call for the records relating to Crime No.100 of 2013 of Subedar Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 420, 406, 468, 506 and 120-B IPC, and quash the same.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor filed a Memo, dated 23.08.2018 stating that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is also filed.

In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is closed and the petitioners/A.3 and A.4 can file an appropriate application before the Court below seeking for discharge and raise all the contentions before the Court below.

Miscellaneous petition, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
