The petitioner filed application on 22-06-2016 for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed and online mutation in respect of land admeasuring Ac.11-08 in Sy.No.1275 situated in Matli Revenue Village, H/o.Matli Village Panchayat Area in Veeraballi Mandal of Kadapa District and the same is pending. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in disposing of the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
