ORDER:

Petitioner filed this writ petition praying to grant the following relief:

"to issue any writ order or any direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring all the proceedings leading up to and including the notice under Rc.No.T/Dis/Z-VI/Prl.Estt./1442/2010 dated 25.8.2018 of the 2nd respondent as arbitrary illegal based on erroneous report without there being any evidence and consequently nullify the same.. "

Petitioner instituted this writ petition against show-cause notice proposing to impose punishment of removal from service. Though there is no such requirement, having regard to the fact that an opportunity is afforded to petitioner to file explanation on proposed punishment, counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to submit explanation by extending time fixed in the show-cause notice by another ten (10) days from today.

Having regard to this submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all pleas as available in law in response to the show-cause notice issued and preserving her right to raise all pleas in appropriate proceedings, Writ Petition is disposed of.

If petitioner files her explanation to the show-cause notice impugned herein within ten days from today, the Secretary of respondent-society shall consider the explanation objectively and by assigning due reasons in support of decision shall pass appropriate orders.
