Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking a writ of mandamus, to declare the orders passed by the 1st and 2nd respondents in proceedings T.No. 1526, dated 02.05.2018, T.No.880, 897, 898, 899, 900, dated 09.03.2018, T.No. 1619, dated 25.04.2018 and T.No. 1617 and 1617, dated 03.05.2018, as well as the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in T.No. 4448, dated 28.06.2018, T.No. 1214, T.No. 2777 and 3340, dated 21.03.2018, 23.04.2018 and 02.05.2018 respectively, and T.No. 4434, dated 21.06.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional, and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the orders passed by the 1st and 2nd respondents.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the 1st and 2nd respondents.

Since the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner is only for the disposal of the appeal, which is pending before the 3rd respondent, it may not be necessary for this Court to pass any order on merits.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the 1st and 2nd respondents, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
