This second appeal is filed against judgment and decree dt.29.07.2002 in A.S. No.60 of 1995, on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Guntur, confirming the judgment and decree dt.21.04.1995 in O.S. No.49 of 1987, on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Bapatla.
