THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27175 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation-respondents. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondent municipal authorities are threatening to demolish the shop of the petitioner herein without issuing any notice and without following any due process of law. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation that if the private property of the petitioner is required for any public purpose, the respondent Corporation herein will follow the due process of law. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents herein not to demolish the shop of the petitioner herein bearing D.No.5-25-21/A of Rohini Commercial Complex, 3/1 Brodipet, Gutgnur City. However, it is open for the respondents herein to follow the due process of law if the property of the petitioner is required for any public purpose.

No costs.
