In this writ petition, the complaint of the petitioner is that the respondents have not taken any steps for investigating into FIR No.460 of 2018, dated 27.06.2018, on the file of the Station House Officer, Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 506, 120-B I.P.C.

In view of the nature of the relief sought by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to complete the investigation, as expeditiously as possible, and at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file charge sheet before the appropriate Court.
