HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Appeal No. 565 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 12.6.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 512 of 2015, whereby, the appellants' writ petition has been dismissed. Appellants, in the writ petition, challenged the notice issued by the Sub-Collector, Madanapalle, dated 23.7.2014, attaching card holders of certain vacant fair price shops to adjacent dealers.

We have perused the impugned order.

Mr. K. Ramakanth Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the appellants would be satisfied if they are permitted to participate in the process of appointing fair price shop dealer, as and when notification is issued for the same.

It is always open to the appellants to participate in the process and if any such application is made by the appellants, we hope and trust that the concerned authority

shall consider the same, on merits, in accordance with law.

With these observations, the writ appeal is disposed of.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
