Heard.

Leave about the fact that the revision petitioner is minor represented by next friend allegedly maintained the suit for partition against his father in claiming mortgage of the joint family property by the father for the existing business with 2nd respondent-APSFC is not binding. That suit of 2003 was dismissed for default in 2008 and the application to restore filed 5 years later with delay of 1970 days in 2013 that was on merits dismissed by the impugned order dated 19.07.2018.

Hence, there is nothing to admit the revision or to keep the same pending before admission with notice to the respondents, but for if at all any other remedy available left open.

Accordingly and in the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
