CVNR, J & MGR, J WP 15363/2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ or order/s particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in proceeding with EA No.3/2015 in CC No.353/2013 pending disposal of FASR No.372/2015 before the 2nd respondent." At the hearing, Mr. Krishna Sumanth, representing Mr. B. Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission was not functioning at the relevant time, the writ petition was filed and that as subsequently the Commission has been constituted, the petitioner has filed an appeal and secured an interim order. He has therefore submitted that in view of the above subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. Nos.20019 and 21527 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
