HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31842 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not issuing e-pattadar pass book in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2.31 gts., in Sy.No.200/ AA, Ac.0.09 gts., in Sy.No.216/ A and Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.200/ AA1 of Jiyapalli Village, Bibinagar Mandal, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 23.06.2018. It is his case that though an application was made on 23.06.2018, till date no pass book is issued. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to deal with the representation dated 23.06.2018, in accordance with law, if the petitioner is otherwise entitled to for issuance of e-pattadar pass book, at the earliest.

5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
