When the matter is called today, it is represented by the learned Government Pleader that pending writ petition, petitioner died on 7.3.2009 due to burn injuries and subsequently the subject Fair Price Shop No.942 of Kyasampally village was notified inviting applications and one Mr.Bhoomani Balanarsu was also appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer on 2.11.2010.
