The Official Liquidator, through the instant application under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 306 and 298 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, filed the half yearly accounts of M/s.Vanastali Hills Real Estates (P) Limited (in liquidation) for the period from 01.04.2015 to 30.09.2015 along with the Auditor's report, dated 25.11.2016, of M/s.Sarathy & Balu, Chartered Accountants.

With the assistance of Sri M.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, I have perused the details of the audited report. The prayer is accepted. The accounts and the auditor's report are taken on file.
