HCJ & AAR, J W.P. No. 12015 of 2008 Dt: 26-08-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This writ petition is filed for a Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the common order dated 25-01-2008, in O.A.No. 5104 of 2005, on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), and to quash the same.

Both the learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the controversy raised in the present writ petition was equally raised in W.P.No. 9532 of 2008. In the said writ petition, the petitioners had challenged the impugned common order dated 25-01-2008, passed by the learned Tribunal, in O.A.No. 4042 of 2005. By the impugned common order, the learned Tribunal had granted liberty to the petitioners to conduct a departmental enquiry against the applicants in both the OAs., and to pass appropriate orders. However, by order dated 25-03-2019, a learned Division Bench of this Court had dismissed the aforesaid writ petition filed by the petitioners. Therefore, the present writ petition is also dismissed on the same grounds.
