THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 2216 of 2014 JUDGMENT:- Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad passed the following award on 14.02.2015. 1.

Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, learned counsel for petitioner/ appellant/accused No.1 and Smt. A.Subba Laxmi, learned counsel for respondent/complainant are present. The parties also present before the Lok-Adalat.

The respondent No.2/complainant agreed to receive an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- through five Demand Drafts ie., 959194, 959195, 959196, 959197 and 959898 dated 09.02.2015 for an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- each issued from Andhra Bank, KTPS Branch, Paloncha, towards full and final settlement of the case. 3.

Thus, the respondents are not interested in pursuing the matter further. The copies of DD's are also filed before the Lok-Adalat. Thus, the matter stands closed.

In view of the award dated 14.02.2015 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed. __________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J 25.03.2015 gkv
