Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the judgment has already pronounced in the main suit itself and no cause survives.

In view of the same, nothing survives for this Court to adjudicate the matter.

Hence, the revision is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to make an application for re-opening, incase the suit is not disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
