THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32757 OF 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners was that the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Kurnool, Kurnool District, was interfering in civil matters relating to the land admeasuring 0.10 cents in Sy.No.127 situated at ECM Compound, Kurnool, at the behest of the unofficial respondents.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Kurnool II Town Police Station, furnished written instructions dated 15.10.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that the Station House Officer, Kurnool II Town Police Station, never interfered with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents and no police personnel were deputed to the disputed site at all. He further stated that no complaint had been received from the unofficial respondents against the petitioners and therefore, the question of interference by the police authorities did not arise. He denied the allegations of the petitioners to the contrary.

In the light of the afore-stated stand of the police authorities, which is duly taken on record, no adjudication is warranted in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
