O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that necessary investigation was not being initiated by the police upon her complaint dated 29.07.2011 about the unnatural death of her son.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, furnished written instructions dated 22.09.2011 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that upon the complaint made by the petitioner, Crime No.544 of 2011 was registered on the file of the Hayathnagar Police Station and investigation was taken up. In the light of the steps taken by the police authorities, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner that no action was taken on her complaint was without basis.
