Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh). 2.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and not issuing title deeds and E-pass book of the lands in Survey No.1 admeasuring Acs.2.79 1⁄4 cents out of total extent of Ac.11.17 cents in Survey No.10 admeasuring Acs.4.76 cents, out of total extent of Acs.14.28 cents in Survey No.16 for an extent of Acs.2.81 cents out of total extent of Acs.17.96 cents in Survey No.35-4 admeasuring Acs.4.90 cents out of total extent of Acs.39.17 cents situated in Vupendrapuram village, Hanumanthunipadu Mandal, Prakasam District, inspite of the application dated 09.04.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the said application came to be made in the month of April, 2018, till date, no orders are passed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) would submit that the respondent-authorities shall pass orders, in accordance with law, if the same is pending consideration. 6.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the application dated 09.04.2018, seeking mutation of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and issuing title deeds and E-pass book for the above said lands, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
