In this writ petition, petitioner seeks to issue a direction to respondent No.2 to consider his application, dated 04.08.2018, for grant of permission to conduct Moharam Peerla Festival from 12.09.2018 to 24.09.2018 at the Wakf Institution viz., RUN-HUSSAIN-PANJA, situated at Panja Center, Wynchipet, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. In view of the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to consider the aforesaid application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by following the order, dated 14.08.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.28821 of 2018, and keeping in mind the law and order situation.
