JUDGMENT

When the taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for the appellant submitted that the record is not available with him.

On 20.09.2022, Registry is directed to trace out the bundle and if the bundle is not trace out, reconstruct the bundle with the assistance of counsel representing both parties. On the same day, office made an endorsement that case bundle is not traced. As the record is not available with the Court as well as the learned Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered view that no purpose would be served in continuing the appeal.

Hence, the Appeal is closed. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
