Heard.
2) In view of the common order dated 16.02.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.P. No.16576 of 2014, this Criminal Petition is not maintainable, and hence liable to be dismissed.
3) Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in D.V.C. No.14 of 2012, the lower Court awarded Rs.20,000/- interim maintenance in favour of respondents and against the petitioners and the petitioners intend to challenge the said award by taking out appropriate proceedings and hence liberty may be given to them. 4) In the result, while dismissing the Criminal Petition, liberty is given to petitioners to challenge the interim maintenance said to have been awarded by the trial Court in D.V.C. No.14 of 2012 by taking out appropriate proceedings.
5) As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
