THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 31285 of 2018 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ......to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in frequently calling the petitioners to the Mills Colony Police Station Warangal and threatening to open Rowdy Sheet against them as illegal, arbitrary without due process of, vioaltive of principles of natural justice, without following statutory provisions of law and also violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India..." Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) placed before this Court the written instructions, dated 30.08.2018, received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mills Colony Police Station and submits that a rowdy sheet bearing C.No.196/C2/2018 is opened against the petitioners on 05.03.2018 and it continues till 31.12.2018.

In view of the above, the relief which the petitioners sought cannot be granted at this stage.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to question the rowdy sheet bearing C.No.196/C2/2018, dated 05.03.2018. The respondents shall serve a copy of the same on the petitioners through Registered Post within ten days from today, or else the petitioners may obtain the same from the respondents.
