THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Review W.P.M.P. No.7407 of 2017 in Writ Petition No.13413 of 2015 ORDER :
The Review W.P.M.P. is filed by the writ petitioner under Section 114 of C.P.C. seeking to review the order, dated 2.1.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13413 of 2015. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order incorporating the following paragraphs in the order, dated 2.1.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.13413 of 2015 :
"Even though it is submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that no complaint is lodged, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made a complaint and also obtained a receipt.
In view of the same, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to proceed in accordance with law, if the complaint discloses any cognisable offence. If there is any refusal by the respondents 2 and 3, petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy by way of approaching the higher officials or by way of invoking Section 200 of Code of Criminal Procedure."
Accordingly, Review W.P.M.P. is disposed of.
