THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON NO. 34451 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed against the action of the respondents in implicating the petitioner in a criminal case vide FIR.No.07/ACBWRL/2015 dated 10.4.2015 and also in issuing GO.Rt.No.166 dated 1.5.2015 suspending the petitioner from service. The relief sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition cannot be granted as the involvement of the petitioner in the criminal case is believed to be true. Regarding the case registered by the Anti Corruption Bureau, the petitioner has remedy else where. With regard to the consequential action of suspension from service, it is an administrative order which this Court will not interfere. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy at an appropriate time but at present no relief can be granted. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
