O R D E R :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. The petitioner prays for mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the representation of petitioner under section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act while determining the apportionment of compensation and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

3. The subject matter of the present writ petition is agricultural land in an extent of Ac:4-32 gts. in survey No.182 of Singapur village of Mancheriyal Mandal, Adilabad district.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that representations dated 15/12/2014 and 24/01/2014 respectively claiming compensation in the instant acquisition proceedings are pending with respondents and no order is accordance with law is passed.

5. The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that firstly the writ petition is premature and secondly the Land Acquisition Officer having received the representations referred to above will follow the procedure stipulated under section 30 of the Act, enquire into matter for the limited purpose of apportionment of compensation and pass appropriate orders.

6. It is further stated that for the said purpose notice to both parties will be issued before the enquiry is undertaken. By placing on record, the stand of the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
