ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.

2. The third respondent issued an endorsement dated 20.08.2015 on petitioner's application under Form 6A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 requiring him to make appropriate application through mee-seva. Accordingly, petitioner has stated to have made application through AP Online on 03.09.2015. Present writ petition is filed alleging inaction.

3. However, considering that petitioner's application as per proforma is only made on 03.09.2015, I do not see any inaction on the part of the third respondent. Writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the said application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within 45 days.
