THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31293 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel Sri N.Siva Reddy for respondent Nos.2, 4, 5 and 6. 2.

The issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order in W.P.No.30407 of 2018, dated 27.08.2018. 3.

Therefore, for reasons alike, the third respondent is directed to depute the revenue officials to the property of the petitioner to assess the damage caused to the property of the petitioner on account of installation of electricity transmission tower in the petitioner's property; the assessment made by the said officials shall be communicated to the petitioner; the Southern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited shall, within four weeks of the communication of the assessment of compensation by the office of the third respondent, make payment of the compensation so fixed to the petitioner;

and, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the compensation fixed by the officials of the third respondent, it is open to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional District Judge under Section 16(3) of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, for enhancement of the compensation.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
