HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.7379 OF 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges notice No.A2/ 200/ 2011 dated 06.01.2014 issued in Form No.5 under Section 27 of the A.P Revenue Recovery Act. The learned counsel would submit that the petitioner is satisfied if the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation/ reply dated 20.01.2014 and pass a detailed order. The Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) submits that 2nd respondent would call for the record, examine the reply and pass orders.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to examine the reply dated 20.01.2014 and communicate the order to petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner, if so advised, can file additional material/ documents within four weeks from today.

The interim order granted on 12.03.2014 is directed to be continued till a decision is taken and communicated to the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
