THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3407 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.444 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Repalle, Guntur District, arising out of offences under Sections 353, 341, 143, 188 IPC read with Section 149 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a legal practitioner and active in cases relating to liberty of individuals and as such, a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and as such, he seeks to quash the proceedings.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings initiated against the petitioner herein.
