folder before making corrections if any This Interlocutory Application is filed to modify the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.14601 of 2024 reducing the sureties amount and by directing them to furnish sureties before the Station House Officer, CID Police Station, T.G. Hyderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while allowing the above criminal petition directed the petitioner to comply with the conditions passed therein. Learned counsel further submitted that condition No.1 is that the petitioner shall surrender before Station House Officer, CID Police Station, T.G.

Hyderabad, within a period of two weeks

from today order, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release them on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum each. He further submitted that the petitioner is unable to secure Rs.25,000/- with two sureties amount and prayed the Court to modify condition No.1.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in the above criminal petition, i.e., condition No.1 that the "petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer, CID Police Station, T.G. Hyderabad, within a period of two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release them on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum each" to that of "the petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer,

CID Police Station, T.G. Hyderabad, within two weeks from today and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release them on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, for the like sum each".

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is ordered.
