THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31835 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Law and Legislative Affairs. A perusal of the material available before this Court discloses that the petitioner herein was appointed as an Assistant Government Pleader in the Courts of Junior Civil Judge and Senior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur for a period of three years and his period expired on 18.08.2018.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, since the earlier Assistant Government Pleader did not hand over the charge to the petitioner till 31.10.2015, petitioner herein is entitled to continue till the end of October, 2018. In the considered opinion of this Court the above contention cannot be a ground for seeking extension of time. This court does not find any merits in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
