HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 14658 of 2017 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the complaints dated 06.04.2017 and 10.04.2017 given by the petitioner against respondent Nos.4 to 8 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the official respondents to take action against respondent Nos.4 to 8 forthwith.

2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) submits that F.I.R. was already registered on 13.04.2017 vide Crime No.65 of 2017 of Jammalamadugu Urban Police Station. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
