This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 26.10.2009 in Crl.M.P.No.34 of 2009 in Crl.R.P.No. 2009 (un-numbered) on the file of the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, at Vijayawada.

On 08.03.2016, this Court directed the petitioner to file paper publication. On 28.04.2016 there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
