This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.239 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Burgampahad Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 509, 306 read with 511 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
