ORDER:

When the matter is called, learned counsel representing respondents placed before this Court notification issued on 13.1.2014 notifying the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Hyderabad in I D No. 46 of 2011.

2. Perusal of the award would show that petitioner filed above Industrial Dispute aggrieved by the termination of his services with effect from 24.11.2010. Prayer in the writ petition is alleged illegal termination with effect from 24.11.2010. Termination from service is on the ground of violation of the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act. Having realized that the petitioner has alternative remedy, petitioner has already invoked the jurisdiction of the Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, as such this writ petition has rendered infructuous.
