THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2000 of 2022 ORDER:

The present contempt case is filed to summon and punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 04.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.31717 of 2022.

This is the fifth time the matter is listed before the Court for compliance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent on all the four occasions. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel on 08.02.2023 stated that the respondent Corporation has passed speaking order giving 15 days time to the unofficial respondent and they will take steps after completion of 15 days time. Then the matter was listed on 20.02.2023. On 20.02.2023, learned Standing Counsel has requested the matter to be taken up on 24.02.2023. Today, learned Standing Counsel submits that the unofficial respondent in the writ petition has filed an application for regularization, that was rejected by the respondents by proceedings dated 22.02.2023 and they have demolished the said construction. Learned Standing Counsel has filed the photographs before this Court.

As the orders passed by this Court are complied with, the contempt case is closed.
