THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK Writ Petition No.43063 of 2022 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner had contended that the petitioner's co-accused have filed an identical writ petitions i.e., W.P.Nos.43783 & 43784 of 2022 and this Court was pleased to allow the Writ Petitions vide orders, dated 27.01.2023 and the detention orders were set aside and held that the detenu be set free. The present Writ Petition also deserves to be allowed by following the orders passed in the W.P.Nos.43783 & 43784 of 2022, dated 27.01.2023.
On the other hand, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents does not dispute the about the said fact.
In view of the same, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition also deserves to be allowed and the detention orders passed on 04.06.2022 are liable to be set aside by following

AKS,J & PK,J wp_43063_2022 the orders passed in W.P.No.43783 & 43784 of 2022, dated 27.01.2023 and accordingly set aside. The detenu shall be set free.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned detention order vide No.C1/2812/2022, dt.04-06-2022, passed by the 2nd respondent and Consequential order vide G.O.Rt.No.1470, dated 19.07.2022 passed by the 1st respondent, are hereby set aside. The respondents are directed to set the detenu viz., Rajesh Ramesh Pawle, at liberty, forthwith, incase, he is no longer required in any other criminal case. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
