In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/respondent seeks to set aside the order dated 18.11.2010 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 1210 of 2010 in C.C.No. 368 of 2010, by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for P.C.R. Act Cases, Warangal, to the extent of insisting the petitioner to be present on the date of examination under Sec.240 Cr.P.C., Sec. 313 Cr.,P.C. and on the date of judgment and consequently dispense with the presence of the petitioner including on the date of examination under Sec.240 Cr.P.C., Sec.313 Cr.P.C and on the date of judgment.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 14.06.2018, stating that the case has been compromised before Lok-Adalat on 02.04.2015 (C.C.No.368/2010).

No representation for learned counsel for petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
