Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in issuing duplicate Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed to the petitioner for her land admeasuring Ac.2.00 Gts., in Sy.No.24 of Nandupally village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct respondent No.3 to issue duplicate Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed to the petitioner for her land.

The averments in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition would show that the petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the above said land and Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed were also issued to her. On 23.05.2008 while she was traveling from Mandal Revenue Office, Maheshwaram to Maheshwaram Bus Stand, she lost the Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed relating to the said land. She reported the matter in the Police Station Maheshwaram and the Station House Officer, Maheshwaram also issued a Certificate confirming the said fact. Thereafter, on 16.05.2008 she approached respondent No.3Tahsildar requesting him to issue duplicate Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed. It is further stated that though she has complied with all the formalities viz., payment of Rs.1,000/- through challan,

production of No-Due Certificate from the banks of Maheshwaram etc., till date she was not issued any Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed. Challenging the said inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is allowed directing the 3rd respondent to issue Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.00 Gts., in Sy.No.24 of Nandupally village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in favour of the petitioner, if all the other conditions, which are required for issuance of the same, are fulfilled. It is needless to mention that the same shall be done in accordance with law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
