HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28062 of 2015 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:
"...to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to strictly adhere to the conditions imposed in G.O.Ms.Nos.94 and 95 Industries and Commerce (MinesIV) Department, dated 28.08.2014 relating to the sand quarrying at Korumilli Sand Reach of Kapleswarapuram Mandal, East Godavari District and further direct the respondents to distribute 25% of the net profit of the said sand reach to the members of the 3rd respondent society forthwith and pass such other order of orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. Heard Sri N. Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology.
3. When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, he may be permitted to make a representation to the respondent authorities and the same may be directed to be considered in accordance with law.
4. The said request is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology.
5. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner herein to make a representation before the respondent authorities for redressal of her grievance, within a period
of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondent authorities shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months thereafter.
6. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
