1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.236 of 2014 on the file of Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad and Memo dated 11.09.2014 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court. 3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
