Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. Petitioner's grievance is that he had questioned order dt.20.11.2015 passed by respondent No.3 before respondent No.2 by way of revision on 16.12.2015 and also filed stay application along with it. But respondent No.2 is not passing any orders thereon till date.
3. The Government Pleader for Revenue states that respondent No.2 will dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pass orders in the revision filed on 16.12.2015 before him challenging the order passed by respondent No.3 on 20.11.2015, within a period of eight(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the said revision, there shall be stay of operation of the order dt.20.11.2015 passed by respondent No.3. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if
any, shall stand dismissed.
