ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in not renewing the petitioner's kerosene dealer's license as illegal and arbitrary.
This Court by order, dated 11.8.2009, has directed the respondents to allot and supply kerosene oil to the petitioner's fair price shop from the month of August, 2009 onwards.
Mr. Venkatram Reddy Mantur, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he has no instructions on the present status of the petitioner's kerosene dealer's license.
In the light of the above-mentioned interim order granted by this Court, it is reasonable to presume that the
petitioner is being continued as kerosene dealer. In the event, the petitioner's license is not renewed, he shall be free to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
