THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 31295 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent Tahsildar, Punganur Mandal in not furnishing the information sought by the petitioner, in spite of the directions of Respondents 2 and 3 District Collector, Chittoor and SubCollector, Madanapalle to that effect. Initially, the Writ Petition came up for admission on 31.08.2018 and this Court directed the same to be listed on 04.09.2018 in Motion List so as to enable the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) to secure instructions. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up, the learned Government Pleader has placed on record the written instructions, dated 03.09.2018 received from the Tahsildar, Punganur, to the effect that the petitioner was furnished with Extracts of ROR-I Account and Fair Adangal for Survey No.

236/3A of Chandramakulapalle. It is further stated that as the other information is not readily available, the same would be furnished in due course. The endorsement of the 4th respondent to the same effect has been annexed.

In view of the same, as the purpose for which the Writ Petition is filed stands served, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities for further information, if any, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand disposed of.
