Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in detaining the lorries of the petitioners', the present writ petition has been filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submit that the Commercial Tax Department, released the vehicles of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. Recording the above statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
