HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition Nos.275, 276 and 280 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

These Civil Revision Petitions arise out of the refusal of the trial Court to reopen the case for the purpose of sending Ex.B.8 registered relinquishment deed and thumb mark, to issue summons to cause production of thumb mark-cum-signature register dated 16.03.1999 relating to document No.689 of 1999 from District Registrar Office, Machilipatnam, and to send for the original registered relinquishment deed-Ex.B.8 and thumb mark-cumsignature book dated 16.03.1999, for the purpose of Forensic Science Laboratory examination.

2. The main application of the petitioner for sending the document Ex.B.8 for forensic examination has been rejected by the trial Court and the rejection confirmed by me by an order passed today in C.R.P.No.273 of 2017. As a consequence, these revisions are also dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
